This is a great case for protecting large rack mountable servers (up to 30 in. deep) with the ears on, during travel and shipping. It takes the place of a 1 or 2 U shock mount rack case.
Please note: The server DOES NOT work in the case – this is strictly a travel and shipping case.
Featuring double-wall construction, a sturdy luggage style pull handle and four recessed wheels, this case is easy for one person to manage while traveling. The case is lined with 2 in. double walled foam (a Specialty Cases exclusive). Inside foam-to-foam dimensions are 31 in. x 18.5 in. x 10 in. – large enough for most servers.
Extra packing foam is included to secure the CPU during transit. It is lockable with a small padlock.
