Stock Cases

This item may be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund of the purchase price (less shipping). Before sending any item back, call (800) 267-1674 for a return authorization number and further instructions.

In order to be returnable, the item must:

  1. be completely unused and in original condition
  2. have any or all foam intact
  3. be in its complete, original box and packaging

Items not meeting this criteria will be charged a 15% restocking fee, or may be nonreturnable.

Cases with Custom Interiors except Die-Cuts

(i.e. foam lined, multiple laptop, multiple netbook, multiple tablet, server, etc.)

This case, or its contents, contains one or more items that are custom or nonstandard. As this product is made-to-order, all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Before sending the case back, call (800) 267-1674 for a return authorization number and further instructions.

In addition, for the product to be returnable, it must::

  1. be completely unused and in original condition

  3. be in its complete, original box and packaging

Custom Calzone/Anvil Cases and Cases with Die Cut Interiors

This is a custom, made-to-order item. As such, there are no returns or refunds on this order under any circumstances, without written authorization from Specialty Cases prior to order.
