Can you expedite my order?
- Yes, orders can be expedited. Please call us right away at 800-267-1674 or email us at email@example.com and we can get started working on that for you.
Please feel free to email us with the product you’re looking for and the state it will ship to. We’ll let you know the normal delivery time. Expediting larger dimensional items is costly so we always aim to get there via standard rates when possible.
Are you registered to do business with the government?
- Yes, we are registered in the Sam.Gov site and our Cage Code is 1MJB0. We are a small, woman-owned company.
Do you accept purchase orders?
- We do accept purchase orders upon credit approval processing. Please forward all credit requests to Kiersten Gillespie at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will want your standard credit form if available, your D&B number and contact information for your accounts payable department.

Do you also sell cases designed for musical instruments, sports, and leisure items?
- We do stock some cases that may be used for music, sports, or leisure, however, we are not a full stocking distributor of products specifically for this use. Please call us at (800) 267-1674 for further information, or email us with what you’re looking for. We will always try and take the time to refer you to someone else if we do not carry what you need.
Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?
- We will absolutely provide quantity discounts, reseller discounts and nonprofit discounts when possible. Give us a call at 800-267-1674 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or a quote on a particular product.
Do you sell or buy any used cases?
- We typically do not buy or sell used cases. There may be a couple used or showroom cases in our clearance cases section if you’re looking to purchase one.
Do you ship internationally?
- We currently do not ship internationally.
How can I get a price quote from your company?

What are your hours of operation?

What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept most government cards as well as EFT, ACH payments, WAWF payments and Paypal.
- We are diligent about Internet privacy. The only information we collect from our users is name, address, and e-mail, all of which is voluntary. None of this information is provided to any third parties without the user’s permission. We never sell or otherwise provide email information to third parties. Ever.
What is your return policy?

What type of warranty do you offer for your products?
- Most of our products come with a lifetime warranty, excepting the case interiors. Please see the "Warranty" tab on the individual product pages, as there are various warranties depending on the item. If there are any questions, please call us at (800) 267-1674.
When will my item arrive?
- Most orders placed with Specialty Cases arrive within 1 week. Of course it does depend on the stock at time of order, its ship to location and if your order has customized foam. Please let us know if you need your cases by a specific date, we will do everything we can to make that happen. As soon as the product ships an email is sent to you from UPS with the tracking information. We will also forward that tracking# on the body of the sales receipt for your records. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you right away and help you to expedite the shipping of it.
