First you need to determine which brand and model case you have. If you already know, please see the below factory warranties for support information.

If you don‘t know it and have a standard shipping case, the best way to determine the model number is by measuring the exact inside dimensions of the case. Left to right, front to back and top to bottom. Please don‘t hesitate to send an image and the dimensions to info@specialtycases.com and we‘ll be happy to advise on the part number. The individual factories will also be able to determine the model number from the dimensions.

Foam Interior: Foam is not covered under warranty and should be removed if you need to return the case for replacement. Specialty Cases can rework foam and provide customized foam options for the interior of your new replacement case. If you’re interested in that option please contact us at info@specialtycases.com. We can provide a quotation and help make the arrangements to complete the order as quickly as possible. Standard foam sets are available also in Pick N Pluck variety and in some cases solid flat sheets of foam. These are generally in stock and can ship quickly.


SKB Cases

SKB Cases Warranty Information: 800-783-0087

SKB brand hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace your case for as long as you own it. Proof of Purchase is required for all warranty claims. Electronic components in SKB brand hardshell pedalboard systems are warranted for five years from date of purchase. Soft cases and gig bags are warranted for one year from date of purchase. SKB is not responsible for the shipping cost to our facility. However, SKB will cover all of the costs of repairs and/or replacements, as well as the return shipping. To request a return authorization for a warranty claim, or if you need to request replacement parts, please contact our Customer Service Department through our online Support Request form or call us at 800-783-0087. PELICAN PRODUCTS‘ GUARANTEE OF EXCELLENCE

INJECTION MOLDED CASES LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its injection molded products for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican™ injection molded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam and in no event shall Pelican’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Pelican Products, Inc. at 23215 Early Avenue, Torrance, CA 90505 or csrwarranty@pelican.com, or by calling 1-800-473-5422. Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable. The purchaser must obtain a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service prior to returning any product, and is responsible for paying for all warranty freight costs. If Pelican determines that any returned product is not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Pelican all costs of handling, return freight and repairs at Pelican‘s prevailing rates. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.

VAULT BY PELICAN 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. (“Pelican”) guarantees its Vault by Pelican cases will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents or foam and in no event shall Pelican’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.

With valid dated proof of purchase, Pelican will either repair or replace any defective product, at our sole option. Certain products are available for a limited time only. If a claim is made involving one of these products, Pelican reserves the right to replace a broken or defective product with a standard Pelican product of comparable size and quality if no comparable limited edition product is available at the time of a claim. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS SHALL BE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. Any repaired or replacement product is covered only for the unexpired portion of the warranty on the original product purchased.

To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must complete the warranty claim form at pelican.com/claim. Any warranty claims shall be made by the purchaser as soon as practicable and in no event more than one year from the date of invoice. The purchaser must provide valid dated proof of purchase and obtain a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service prior to returning any product, and is responsible for paying for all warranty freight costs. If Pelican determines that any returned product is not defective, within the terms of this warranty, the purchaser shall pay Pelican all costs of handling, return freight and repairs at Pelican’s prevailing rates.

All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.

Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.

ROTO MOLDED CASES 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its rotationally molded products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of invoice. This warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the invoice date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican‘s liability is limited to the case and not its contents and in no event shall Pelican’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

Pelican Products, Pty. Ltd. ("Pelican") guarantees its Pelican™ Spacecase™ containers* will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican’s liability is limited to the case and not its contents and in no event shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

PELICAN™ TL CASE 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pelican Products ULC ("Pelican") guarantees its Pelican™ TL Case will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any associated hardware including closure hardware, handles, wheels, and fasteners, which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican‘s liability is limited to the case and not its contents and in no event shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

FLASHLIGHTS / HEADLAMPS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its flashlights and headlamps for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover the lamp or batteries.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, nor shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.

REMOTE AREA LIGHTING SYSTEMS 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its Remote Area Lighting Systems (RALS) against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, service, and maintenance for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (B) ALL OTHER IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND ANY LIABILITY NOT BASED UPON CONTRACT ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED; AND (C) IN NO EVENT SHALL PELICAN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM FOR SUCH DAMAGES IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, nor shall Pelican’s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the product in respect of which damages are claimed.

LUGGAGE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees its Pelican™ Elite Luggage products against breakage or defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover the latch, handles, wheels, or internal accessories, including (as applicable) lid organizer, suit bag, laundry bag, shoe bag, toiletry bag, or any other internal accessory, all of which Pelican warrants against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican‘s liability is limited to the case and not its contents and in no event shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

This warranty does not cover wear or damage caused by mishandling or carelessness of an airline or other transportation provider. A claim for that kind of damage should be made with the airline or other provider‘s baggage claim office before leaving the terminal or it may be rejected by the airline or other provider. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including abrasions, minor cuts, scratches, dents or soil. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered, damaged or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident. BACKPACKS LIMITED WARRANTY

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") guarantees that its backpacks will be free of defects in workmanship and materials as follows: Pelican™ injection molded hard case compartment (when present) is guaranteed for a lifetime against breakage or defects in workmanship. Pelican injection molded cases are guaranteed to be watertight to a depth of 3.3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes (IP 67) if properly closed with undamaged o-ring in place unless otherwise stated.

Pelican guarantees to the original purchaser that the fabric backpack will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, Pelican‘s liability is limited to the backpack and not its contents or foam and in no event shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the case in respect of which damages are claimed.

Pelican™ coolers are not intended for the storage or transportation of hazardous substances. To the extent permitted by law, Pelican‘s liability is limited to the cooler and not its contents and in no event shall Pelican‘s liability to the purchaser for damages exceed the purchase price of the cooler in respect of which damages are claimed.

Gator Cases

Damage not Covered

The Gator Cases warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

Moving Parts

The Gator Cases warranty covers moving parts that are subject to regular wear and tear, including but not limited to zippers, retractable handles, and wheels, for one year from the point of purchase. After one year we will continue to offer field replaceable parts at no charge for the lifetime of the product. However, replacement will not be available after one year and repair services will be at a charge.

Electronics

Gator offers a ninety-day manufacturer‘s warranty on all electronics. After ninety days please contact Gator Cases for more information on purchasing replacement parts.

Airline/Shipping Damage

The Gator Cases warranty does not cover damage caused by airline or freight company mishandling. Should the airlines or another carrier damage your product, a claim should immediately be filed with the carrier. Most carriers offer insurance against loss or damage. We are happy to assist you file your claim by providing cost information on parts, repair, and replacement.

Discontinued Items

Gator Cases warranty supports parts and replacement of discontinued products for one year from the point that the product is no longer commercially available from Gator or from one year from the original purchase, which ever date is later. After one year the product is out of its life cycle and no longer warrantied, however if we still have the part or a substitute part we are always happy to accommodate our customers with a part replacement. Please contact us to find out about availability on a per case basis.

Voiding Your Warranty

The Gator Cases warranty will be considered void if: Any improper or incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs are performed by a Non-Gator-Approved service center. Any Gator Cases products are used in a rental capacity.

Procedure for Warranty Claim Resolution

Warranty Claimants will be required to provide a copy of their original receipt as proof of purchase along with photos of the defect. Defective items will be returned to the nearest Gator Cases Service Center. All inbound shipping will be the customer’s responsibility including, but not limited to, the cost of packaging, shipping and applicable taxes. Upon receipt, your product will be inspected by one of our Gator Cases Service Technicians. The Service Technician will determine whether or not the problem is covered by Gator’s warranty. Assuming the warranty applies, the customer will be notified as to whether the Gator Cases Product will be repaired or replaced. Replacement product will be of equal, or better condition compared to the customer’ product. Any such repair or replacement will be at Gator‘s sole expense, including any costs required to return the repaired or replacement product. If the Product must be replaced and the product is no longer available (within one year of its discontinuation) Gator Cases will substitute the defective item for a comparable Gator product. If it is deemed that the warranty does not apply due to the exclusions listed above, the customer will be contacted by Gator Cases to determine an appropriate resolution. Anvil® cases are built to take just about anything, but every now and then one will lose a battle with a rookie forklift driver. We offer a full repair department to handle these situations. Cases can also be retrofitted or modified to properly fit different equipment than the case was originally designed to hold. If the need arises, we‘ll help get your case back on the road.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Manufacturer warrants that its product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty extends for the lifetime of the warranted product to the original purchaser. Ay expressed warranty not provided herein, and/or any remedy for breach of contract which but for this provision might arise by implication or operation of law, is hereby excluded and disclaimed. Manufacturer will gladly repair any defect in manufacturer’s product attributed to defective construction, workmanship or materials. Damage arising out of normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, accident, tampering or otherwise, is not covered by manufacturer warranty and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Manufacturer uses high quality Polyester and Polyethylene foam in many case products. While durable, foam inserts as well as foam used to line the interior of the cases do not last indefinitely, as the foam cells break down over time. This process is often accelerated from exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity. Replacement of damaged foam due to degradation is not covered by manufacturer warranty, as foam degradation is not a defect in manufacturing.

Manufacturer, Seller or Distributor will not be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damage arising from personal damage, loss or injury, either to person or property, caused by product defect. This disclaimer includes but is not limited to damage to musical or electrical instruments, components or equipment. In order to execute repairs under warranty, all shipping, packing, insurance and other costs incurred other than labor and materials covered under this warranty will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The provisions of the warranty are severable and if any provision shall be deemed invalid, the remaining provision shall remain in full force and effect. INJECTION MOLDED CASES LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Plasticase, Inc. ("Plasticase") warrants that the NANUK case accompanying this document (the "Case") will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the Case, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty and Disclaimer (the "Warranty").

LIMITATION

Limitation of Warranty The Warranty herein applies only to the original customer and is conditional upon the customer giving prompt notice to Plasticase of any discovered defects. Plasticase shall not be responsible for any other defects or damage, including, but not limited to, any defects or damage caused by or resulting from: (a) alterations to the Case by anyone other than Plasticase; (b) accident; (c) damage due to an intentional or negligent act of a third party; (d) abuse or negligence; (e) wear and tear.; (f) mishandling; (g) failure to use the Case in a safe and reasonable manner, or (h) force majeure. If the Case, in the judgment of Plasticase, shows evidence of having been altered, modified or repaired without the authorization of Plasticase, the Warranty herein shall not apply. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND NO OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. PLASTICASE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

LIABILITY

Plasticase’s cumulative liability for damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of the use or possession of the Case, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract or tort, including negligence or strict liability, shall be limited to the purchase price of the Case. IN NO EVENT SHALL PLASTICASE BE LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONTINGENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR POSSESSION OF THE CASE, INCLUDING THE VALUE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE CASE, WHETHER OR NOT PLASTICASE HAS RECEIVED NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OR CERTAINTY OR SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.

REPAIR

Repair or Replacement Plasticase’s obligation under this Warranty is limited, at its sole and exclusive option, to either the repair or replacement of the Case where a defect has been claimed and is determined by Plasticase to be present. Upon inspection by Plasticase, the Case or parts thereof that prove to be defective will be repaired or replaced at no charge, and the Case will be shipped back to the customer by Plasticase.

RETURNS

The customer must contact Plasticase in the event he or she believes the Case is defective and covered by this Warranty in order to open a warranty claim. Call Plasticase at 1-800-783-6883 between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to speak with a customer service representative. In some instances, it may be determined that parts can be easily installed by the customer and Plasticase reserves the right to ship replacement parts directly to the customer for installation. Otherwise, the customer must pay for shipping the Case to Plasticase at 1059 Boulevard des Entreprises Ouest, Terrebonne, QC J6Y 1V2, Canada for inspection. If the Case is defective, as determined solely by Plasticase after an inspection, the shipping costs will be refunded if proof of shipping is provided. No refunds of shipping costs will be made if the Case is not defective.

Bel-Air Cases

Bel-Air Cases has no written case warranty. Really. That’s because they’ve never needed one. They stand by their cases throughout their lifetime. Should a case component break, they’ll fix it. Moreover, they can usually repair most case defects for no charge. (You may, however, be responsible for the shipping charges.) Let’s face it, the transit industry is rough on packages. So while they can’t guarantee that your cases will never be damaged, they can assure you that they will always repair the damages for as long as you own the case.

Because most Bel-Air cases are “made to order” to your specifications, they do not usually allow returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, they will provide you with sufficient information, design drawings, photographs, and samples (if appropriate) to be confident in your decisions. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied, they will rework the cases until you are. (Within reason.)

30 Calendar Day Standard Return Policy:

Standard 30 Calendar Day Limited Return for Refund. Customers can reach Eylar by filling the return request form, live chat or by calling us directly at, (909) 468-1958, in order to be issued a RMA# within 30 calendar days of the invoice date for this policy to apply for a refund/replacement. You will need proof of purchase to verify before a RMA# is issued for the return/replacement. We will not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been misused, abused, modified or tampered and unauthorized repairs.

All returned packages will need a RMA# printed on the outside of the box for faster processing.

Manufacturer Warranty Return Policy:

Eylar being the manufacturer outlet honors Manufacturer warranties for Repair and/or equivalent Replacement after the 30 Calendar Day Standard Return Policy is expired. Please read the Warranty Card enclosed with the product for details. Customers can reach Eylar by filling the warranty request form for a RMA #. Your proof of purchase is required for the warranty to be covered. You will then need to ship the product back to us. For Warranty return you will need to pay the Warranty Fee to cover Shipping and Handling to return the repaired/replacement item back to you as stated in the included product Warranty Card.

Please allow 1 week for delivery after we received your defective return.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are estimated to process in about 1 week. Most refunds are fully refunded in 2-3 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies, after we receive and process your return. The refund amount will be for the single item purchased price, not including shipping and handling expenses. Customer is responsible for shipping expenses incurred when returning a product for refund.

What do I need to do before returning?

  1. RMA# written on the outside box before returning it to Eylar. Without RMA# there is a possibility for delay or even loss.
  2. Make sure to remove NON Eylar accessories from the product before returning it to Eylar. Eylar is not responsible for lost accessories which do not belong to the Eylar brand.

Returning Merchandise:

You can return mostly new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery. Upon the approval of your returns, the money you paid for the merchandise will be used towards your next purchase(s)

Underwater Kinetics products are engineered for maximum performance and durability. All products carry Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser to be free from defective material and workmanship under normal and intended use. These warranties do not apply to normal wear experienced in the proper use of the product, component or part; to asserted defects caused by modification, misuse or abuse, or improper maintenance of the products, component or part; to asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments as to performance of the products, component or part; or to circumstances involving accidental damage to the products, component or part.

In the event the original retail purchaser detects a defect in the material or workmanship, the product along with proof of purchase date should be returned to an authorized Underwater Kinetics dealer or directly to Underwater Kinetics with the postage prepaid. Underwater Kinetics agrees to repair or replace at Underwater Kinetics' sole discretion any product found to be defective in material or workmanship.

The obligation under these Limited Warranties is restricted to repair or replacement of the product, component or part which has been confirmed by Underwater Kinetics to be defective under the Terms and Conditions stated. In no event shall Underwater Kinetics be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature or kind including damages to contents, or for damages to persons or property.

The term Lifetime refers to the natural lifespan of the product. If the product is still in production and shows signs of failure due to a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace it. If the product shows clear signs of natural wear and tear or it looks like it was neglected or used as a bludgeoning tool, it is no longer under warranty. You can still send it in and pay to have it fixed or replaced with the latest model.

To start a return, please fill out a Return Form. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # by email or phone. Customer MUST obtain an RMA# from Underwater Kinetics prior to returning any product and is responsible for paying all warranty freight costs. Note that proof of purchase is required for all warranty service. Enclose completed form along with returned item and proof of purchase date and mail to our Warranty Return Address below with RMA# written on outside of package. Return item using an insured, trackable method. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Underwater Kinetics or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

If, after inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, we shall repair or replace the product at our discretion. Once service is complete, Underwater Kinetics will return the refurbished product or, if refurbishment is not possible, replace the product with its closest modern equivalent at no additional cost to you.

If Underwater Kinetics determines that your product is not covered under warranty, you will be notified by email and provided with an electronic quote for after warranty repair/replacement service at a set fee. The cost of shipping the product back to you will be added to the repair price automatically. If you choose to decline after warranty service your product will be returned to you at your expense.
